CashFlow ("we", "our", or "us") operates the CashFlow - Salary & Expense Tracker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve our services to you. The types of information collected include:

A. Personal Information

• Name: Collected (Optional) for App functionality, personalization, and Account management.

• Email Address: Collected for Account management, authentication (Google Sign-In), and support communications.

• User IDs: Unique identifier assigned to your account for authentication, analytics, and account management.

B. Financial Information

• Financial Info: Salary, expense records, budget limits, savings goals, subscriptions, and debts entered locally into the App for App functionality and account management. We do not collect or sell your financial data to third parties.

C. Photos and Images (Optional)

• Photos / Receipt Images: Selected by you via camera or gallery to attach receipt scans or avatar pictures. Images are processed locally on your device for App functionality and personalization.

D. App Info & Diagnostics

• Crash Logs: Collected via Firebase Crashlytics / Google Analytics for application performance and diagnostics.

• Diagnostics & Performance Data: App load time, system performance, and technical stack metrics used for analytics and bug fixes.

E. Device or Other Identifiers

• Device IDs & Advertising IDs: (Optional/Advertising) Collected by Google AdMob and Firebase for analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising/marketing purposes.

2. Third-Party Services & Libraries

Our App integrates with third-party SDKs and Google Services. These services collect and process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

1. Google AdMob (Advertising)

   • Used for serving advertisements within the App (even when ads are not actively serving).

2. Google Analytics for Firebase & Firebase Authentication

   • Used for user authentication (Google Sign-In), anonymous analytics, app diagnostics, and security verification.

3. Google Sign-In (OAuth)

   • Allows users to securely sign in using single sign-on (OAuth). We receive basic profile info (name, email address, profile photo URL).

4. Google Drive Backup

   • Allows users to manually or automatically back up and restore their local budget data to their private Google Drive account (appDataFolder scope). Your backup files are stored directly in your personal Google Drive and are not accessible by us.

3. How We Encrypt & Protect Your Data

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted off your device (such as authentication requests, analytics logs, and ad requests) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols (https://).

• Local Storage Security: Your financial entries, transaction notes, and budget figures are stored locally on your device using IndexedDB / encrypted web storage.

4. How to Delete Your Account and Data

You have full control over your data. We provide simple methods to delete all your account information and backed-up data:

Method 1: Delete Local & Cloud Data In-App

1. Open CashFlow and navigate to Settings.

2. Tap Data & Storage > Clear All App Data.

3. Confirming this action will immediately wipe all locally stored transactions, budgets, settings, and cached data from your device.

Method 2: Delete Google Drive Backup Files

1. Open your Google Account Storage Settings.

2. Locate CashFlow under Third-party apps with account access.

3. Select Remove Access to revoke Google Drive access.

4. Alternatively, open Google Drive, go to Settings > Manage Apps, find CashFlow, click Options, and select Delete hidden app data.

Method 3: Request Complete Account Deletion

You can submit a formal account & data deletion request at any time without deleting the app:

• Email Request: Email us at aslabstech@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Upon request, all server logs, auth records, and associated user IDs will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
