TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to "Case Empire: CS2 Simulator" (the "Game"), operated by Ocalir Digital ("we", "our", or "us").Â
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Game. Your access to and use of the Game is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Game.
By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Game.
1. Account Registration and Security
- You must create an account using a valid email address via Supabase Authentication to access certain features of the Game.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials that you use to access the Game and for any activities or actions under your credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account, and to keep this information up-to-date.
2. Anti-Farming and Device Restrictions
- To maintain game integrity and a fair economy, we link accounts to unique Device IDs.
- Trading, gifting, or transfer of virtual items between different accounts owned by the same user or on the same physical device is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to use emulation software, multiple accounts on a single device to farm rewards, or third-party patchers (such as Lucky Patcher) will result in immediate termination of your account and asset forfeiture.
3. Virtual Items and Purchases
- The Game features virtual currency (Gold, Tokens) and virtual items (skins, badges, agents).
- All virtual items are simulated and hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real currency under any circumstances.
- In-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play Store / Apple App Store via RevenueCat. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
4. Fair Play and Chat Conduct
- You agree not to engage in spamming, harassment, use of offensive language, or advertising unauthorized links in the public chat rooms.
- We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend users who violate chat standards or attempt to manipulate minigame results.
5. Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Ocalir Digital, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game.
6. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend access to our Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
