Outcome Third Annual CHS Chip Day is set to be another success, as of 9/20/23 enough bags of chips have been promised for every student to receive two bags. It was voted to not stock the break room in October due to wanting/needing to fulfill other financial obligations for students. We are hopeful to be able to stock on a monthly basis if financial support of the PTO increases. PTO wants to provide a snack/treat to each student on Oct 11 (PSAT day), reached out to Mr. Donovan & Ms. White to confirm student count. Given 556 August 2023. Lisa reached out to local restaurant for purchasing cookies with budget of $150, they weren't able to provide enough cookies within that budget. Kristy will be pricing snacks/treats at Costco with the $150 budget. Mill Creek Trick or Treating will be held Monday, October 30th 5:30-7pm, Lisa & Kristy will be manning candy table. Each PTO member will be donating minimum 1 bag of candy for the table and PTO will be purchasing $30 worth of candy. PTO has staff treat purchased for October 30th, Sammie is currently personalizing them. PTO Newsletter coming out at end of the month in Mr. Donovan's email will request CHS households to donate 1-2 boxes of Kleenex. Reached out to Mr. Donovan & Ms. White on where students deliver box(es), first period teachers or front office. Dine to Donate nights will be set up by Andrea, they will be spread throughout the school year. Will contact CJs Pizza, Amo Pizza, Clayton Pizza King & Danville Los Patios. 50/50 Raffles will continue, gaming paperwork for annual license to be renewed is currently with the Indiana Gaming Commission, they have cashed our renewal license fee. During 2nd semester of this school year an email will go out to CHS staff asking if any clubs/sports teams want to partner with us. Shawn has meeting set up with Mr. Stevens to discuss logistics of setting up CHS Staff vs Seniors. Proposal will be CHS Staff vs Seniors basketball in winter & dodgeball in spring and this will be all four classes doing an elimination tourney and winner face off against CHS Staff. Website is up and running. Still looking for business sponsors for the school year. Letters were sent out June 2023 and will be resent November 2023. Next meeting is October 25th, back in cafeteria.

Outcome Legends 9/9/23 game declined, no workers. Age limit lowered to 16 years. Offered CHS staff & other Mill Creek PTO opportunity to work at IU games and portion of funds earned will go towards team/club or respective PTO. Received $50 gift card from Costco and used to purchase additional snacks for staff breakroom. Will try to stock once monthly depending on funds within PTO. FB post made encouraging CHS households to donate $25 to PTO.
