In 1999, the Nichols brothers crafted a comprehensive business plan, leading to the inception of Cascade Collision Repair in 2000 with the successful launch of its flagship Lehi location.

Throughout their journey, the Nichols family has remained unwavering in their commitment to trust and integrity as the cornerstones of all their business dealings. Brian, Dan, and Russ were imbued with these values from an early age and have diligently imparted them as the bedrock of the Cascade culture.
