⛱️ How far is the beach?

It’s just a few hundred meters away (Watch the video). Simply walk through park "XXV Novembre 1884", and you will reach the street running parallel to the seafront.

🐶 Are pets allowed?

Of course!
We are happy to welcome your pets. Please note, however, that any extra cleaning fees or costs for repairs to furniture and fittings will be charged to you.

🧼 Is there a washing machine?

Yes,
we also have a tumble dryer. Both are located in the garden, inside the laundry cabinet.

🎉 Can I host parties or events?

Yes,
but please keep in mind that the property is located within a residential building. We kindly ask for polite behavior, moderate noise levels, and maximum respect for all the other residents at all times.

🛌 Can I stay for just one night?

No,
we have a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.

👫 How many people can the house accommodate?

The house can comfortably accommodate 4 people:

2 Adults in the master bedroom (double bed).
2 Children/Teenagers in the second bedroom (bunk beds).

🔎 What will I find inside the house?

You will find everything you need for your stay: a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), a full set of linens (sheets, towels, etc.), a hairdryer, an iron, and so on.
Consumable products are not included.
