Hi everyone! My name is Mackenzie, and I’m so excited to finally welcome you to Casa Saigon Bakery. For me, baking has always been about sharing treats with my community, and turning this passion into a business is a dream come true. With my B.S. in Hospitality Management officially complete, I am thrilled to use my background in service to build this business from the ground up and share my sweetest creations with all of you. 

The heart of this bakery actually began with my university senior capstone project, Casa Saigon: Vietnamese-Mexican Fusion. That experience sparked a creative fire to take those unique, vibrant flavor profiles a step further—bringing them to life through high-quality baked goods. At Casa Saigon Bakery, we are all about that same spirit of exploration and connection.
