Casa de la Merced is a rural house with more than 150 years old. It is a typical mountain house from Cantabria, made with stone and wood.

It is located in a quiet valley (Ruiseñada), but just 2 kilometers from the center of Comillas and about 10 minutes from the beaches of Oyambre and Gerra.

It has 6 rooms all with its integrated bathroom and an industrial kitchen. It also has two large living areas and a large dining room for 12 people. Register N. G-12271
