One of the main attractions of the municipality of Javea are its beaches and coves. Its crystal clear waters unite the blue of the sea with rocky mountains and Mediterranean vegetation.

The villa is located near Cala Granadella and Cala Portitxol, which are among the most popular beaches in the area.

The beach of Arenal (Playa Del Arenal) is a large sandy beach located in the city center of Javea (10min by car from the house). There are many bars, shops and restaurants near this beach and make this place a lively place.

The villa is located in the Balcón al mar area, close to Cabo de La Nao.

This cape is the closest peninsular point to the island of Ibiza (85km by sea). You can easily spot it thanks to its lighthouse, Faro de Cabo de la Nao (which you can also see from the house!). At this place, a spectacle of charming little coves and steep paths awaits you.

Near the house, other viewpoints are available and offer splendid views over the entire steep coast.

Even if swimming and water sports (kayak, paddle, diving...) as well as simply enjoying the sun remain the main activities in Jávea, it is possible to practice other activities such as hiking, golf, tennis or padel. Tenis/Padel Club Los Pinos is within walking distance from the house.

A local supermarket is within walking distance from the villa, there you will find everything you need for daily life and for dinner with friends!

To discover the flavors of the Mediterranean, we invite you to go every Thursday to the market in the old town (Plaça de la Constitució).

You also have the Altéa market on Tuesday, Teulada on Wednesday, Moraira or Gata on Friday and Benissa on Saturday.

Otherwise several restaurants are also nearby, some of which offer a magnificent view of the sea and the sunset.
