HOUSE POLICIES(Annex A)

The safety and well-being of our clients is our highest priority. To ensure a healthy, safe, comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests we have created a list of 'House Policies' that every guest agrees to follow when booking their stay with us. If you have any questions or concerns about the 'House Policies' please contact Administration.

The Administration staff reserves the right to admit and cancel any reservation, without the right to refund, of any guest who violates the 'House Policies'. As well as the rules of coexistence and common sense, who in any way acts disrespectfully towards the facilities or any other person in the property, whether guest or staff.

GENERAL

• For safety reasons, occupancy of more than 5 people per room (Incl. children and/or adults) is not allowed.  If your reservation is for 5 people and you show up with 6 or more per room, even if they are children, your reservation will be canceled and there will be no “Reservation Cost” refund.

• Parents and guardians are responsible for the behavior and corresponding supervision of minors within the property during their stay, so they must ensure that the facilities are used properly and, above all, respect the common areas in particular. the stairs and garden. Any damage caused by minors in the absence of said supervision will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of their parents or legal guardians, leaving Villa de Las Palmas exempt from any liability.  Responsible parents or guardians will be responsible for any monetary damage caused by minors in any area of ​​the property. Additionally, Villa de Las Palmas is exempt from any liability for any damage or injury suffered by the minor in the absence of said supervision.

• Pets of any kind are NOT accepted (ONLY service pets are accepted). Otherwise your reservation will be canceled and no “Reservation Costs” refund will be made. 

• Please be considerate and treat other guests with respect.

• Please use the facilities appropriately, respecting the furniture and gardens.

• Require due respect and compliance with the rules of behavior, etiquette and dress.

• Do not remove objects or property belonging to the property from the property, whether from the room or other sectors.

• It is the guest's obligation to keep their conversations in a moderate tone so as not to disturb the rest of other guests inside and outside their room.

ROOMS

• NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOMS.

• Towels, plates, glasses, utensils and any other accessories are for exclusive use within the property.

• Use the patio shower to rinse off the sand and NOT the one in the room.

• Please turn off the mini-split when you are not in the room.

• Administration is not responsible for jewelry, documents, valuables and/or money left in the room.

• Administration is not responsible for theft, loss or damage caused to your vehicle.

VISITS

• No user has the right to provide accommodation to another person.

• You are not allowed to receive visitors in your room without prior approval from the administration.

• The common area is available to all guests and their guests. Please keep it clean for the use of others and be respectful in your behavior as this is a family place.

• Please be considerate of other guests and limit noise and consider the schedule to maintain a healthy coexistence.

• The use of the common area, bathroom and shower is reserved solely and exclusively for our clients and/or companions.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

• At the end of their stay, all guests must close the windows and doors and turn off the mini-split, as well as return the keys to their room.  

• Before refunding the deposit, a room inspection is required.

• The time to check out and vacate the rooms is 3:30pm if I reserve 2 nights or more.  

• If I reserve only 1 night, the check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as problems with public services (power outages, water, etc.), damage to the property's facilities caused by storms, tremors, earthquakes or other serious cases that are not foreseeable or resistible that prevent the property from fulfilling this contract, THE HOST will only be obliged to return to THE GUEST a sum equivalent to the value of the services not provided.

The Administration reserves the exercise of its right of admission and permanence and in exercising it may prohibit the entry of those people who have previously violated this Regulation and/or those who do not comply with the requirements listed above. Likewise, when the normal social coexistence of the establishment is attacked or any type of inconvenience to other guests or visitors or third parties is caused, by itself or by persons for whom they must respond, or any act is carried out that may affect the tranquility and privacy that guests expect to find during their stay at Villa de Las Palmas.
