Check-in is available from 3 p.m., while check-out is by 10 a.m., to allow us to prepare the apartment for the next guests.
To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone and out of respect for the condominium and neighbourhood, guests are requested to observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
For organisational and cleaning reasons, Casa MaJe cannot accommodate pets, regardless of breed or size. We trust in your understanding.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, hob, fridge with freezer and coffee machine. Crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans are also provided, allowing you to cook independently.
Inside the flat, guests will find a hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, all of which are free to use during their stay. Additional pillows are available in the wardrobe to ensure maximum comfort.
Bed linen and towels are included for each guest. A complete set consisting of a bath towel, face towel and bidet towel is provided.
Casa MaJe offers free Wi-Fi for all guests.
The password is displayed at the entrance to the flat, on the right-hand side, inside a box next to the emergency numbers.
In the event of temporary connection problems, simply switch the modem off and on again. It is located under the television.
The flat is equipped with two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, both of which can be used in hot or cold mode.
To activate the air conditioners, insert the key, found in the main key ring, into the key holder located at the entrance to the flat.
Once the key is inserted, turn it to the right to supply power to the systems; at this point, the air conditioners can be turned on using the remote control, which you will find nearby.
When leaving the house, please turn off the air conditioners using the remote control and, only after turning them off, turn the key to the left and remove it.
This simple procedure is important to ensure the proper functioning of the systems and to avoid possible damage.
Parking is free and available on the street right outside the building.
The area is quiet with little traffic, making it easy to find a spot without any particular difficulty, even during busy periods.
The railway station is about 200 metres from the flat, providing a convenient way to get around the surrounding areas without using a car.
The airport is about 12 km away and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, making Casa MaJe a practical base even for short stays.
In the immediate vicinity, within a 5-minute walk, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.

The municipality of Olmedo has a separate waste collection system.
For short stays or stays of just a few days, you can leave your waste on the terrace in the appropriate bins; our staff will dispose of it after you check out.
For longer stays, we recommend following the recycling calendar, which you will find hanging on the side of the refrigerator, in order to avoid unpleasant odours and the prolonged accumulation of waste on the terrace.

For safety reasons and in accordance with current regulations, parties or events are not permitted inside Casa MaJe.
The apartment may only be used by persons who are duly registered at the time of check-in; therefore, guests or visitors who have not been previously notified and authorised are not permitted.Β
