Casa Larylen – Comfort, space and relaxation 

Casa LaryLen is thoughtfully designed with comfort and tranquillity in mind, and accommodates up to six guests (plus a baby or toddler). It’s the ideal place to enjoy a carefree holiday under the Spanish sun, together with family or friends.

Inside, you'll find three stylish bedrooms. The master bedroom features a generous king-size bed (180x200 cm), a walk-in wardrobe, a private ensuite bathroom, and a built-in safe for your personal belongings. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a large wardrobe, also with a safe. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm), perfect for children or friends.

There are two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin – giving everyone the privacy and comfort they need to start the day relaxed.

The living room is warm and inviting – the perfect spot to unwind. With a cosy sitting area, a smart TV, lots of natural light, and air conditioning, it’s a lovely place to gather. Adjacent is the dining area, with seating for six, ideal for enjoying meals together.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for anything from quick breakfasts to elaborate dinners. You’ll find a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen robot, and even an air fryer. All cooking utensils and tableware are provided.

But the real holiday feeling begins outside.

In the private, enclosed garden, you’ll find your own swimming pool – exclusively for your use. It’s the perfect place to cool off or relax on a sun lounger. Head up to the spacious rooftop solarium, where a comfortable lounge set, bar table, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue await. It’s the ideal place to soak up the sun, read a book, or enjoy a drink at sunset. Two modern outdoor showers offer a refreshing touch on hot days.

Around the house, there’s a charming terrace with garden furniture – perfect for breakfast in the open air, a relaxed lunch, or long summer evenings under the stars. Several parasols are available to provide shade when needed.

Casa LaryLen is fully equipped with everything you need for a worry-free stay: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, and – on request – a baby cot and high chair. Free street parking is available, and the house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed, ensuring a comfortable and allergy-free environment for all guests.

The house is quietly located in a well-kept, residential neighbourhood¹, just 2.2 km from the beaches of Santiago de la Ribera. In the surrounding area, you’ll find cosy restaurants, lively terraces, local shops, and a weekly market. Accessibility is excellent: Murcia airport is only a 30-minute drive away, and Alicante airport about an hour.
