How booking works

You can book in two ways:

1. Via Airbnb: the buttons at the apartments show current prices and availability.

2. Directly with Jacqueline, with 5% off the Airbnb price: fill in the request form or send a WhatsApp message with your dates. Jacqueline will quickly let you know whether the dates are available and what the price is. Your stay is booked only after her confirmation.

Good to know

Arrival and departure: check-in between 3 pm and 10 pm, check-out by 10 am. We appreciate it if you let us know your approximate arrival time. Late check-out is possible by arrangement, for a fee.

House rules: maximum 2 guests, adults only (main guest at least 30 years old). No pets and no parties. Smoking outdoors only. Quiet hours from midnight to 7 am.

Pool: open all year from 9 am to 9 pm.

Parking: each apartment has its own parking space on the private, enclosed grounds.

Laundry: Luna has laundry facilities, and there is a launderette near the Mercadona supermarket.

Payment: when you book directly, you pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer. You will receive the bank details with your confirmation.

Cancellation: cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund, or up to 7 days before arrival for a 50% refund. After that, no refund is given.

Privacy

The request form asks for your name, email address, phone number and travel dates.

We only use these details to answer your request and handle your booking.

We never share or sell your details to anyone.

They are stored in the Google account (Forms and Gmail) of Casa La Luna Calpe.
