When can I arrive?

• Check-in time: From 3:00 PM

• Please plan to arrive before 6:00 PM (it becomes difficult to navigate after dark)

When you arrive

• Depending on the time of your arrival, you will be welcomed by Herly or Daniel.

• If you arrive too late, you can access the house using the code for the door that you will be given in a private message on Whatsapp.

There’s a great variety of activities to do immediately in the area, in San Juan del Sur and further out.

🌊 Beaches & Swimming

Playa Majagual (beach to the north by El Ranchito restaurant)
Calm, swimmable, and usually quiet. Great for relaxing, sunset walks, and getting away from crowds.
 

Playa Maderas – Northern part (in front of the house)
Low-key and good for swimming when it’s calm.
⚠️ If the waves are big, don’t swim here.
Nearby: Juanita’s Kitchen

Playa Maderas – South End (10 min walk)
The main surf beach—more people, more action, and plenty of spots to eat and drink.

• Howler monkeys (you’ll hear them before you see them)
