Ref has worked in the construction materials business for over 9 years. He started out with roofing materials that eventually led him to more of the home renovations side. As he gained knowledge and experience in the masonry field it opened the opportunity to start his own business. He loves connecting with customers and seeing the outdoor dreams come to life!

His wife Esmee is the behind the scenes and operations of it all! She coordinates the marketing and social media accounts for CasaHomes. She is also the graphic designer, accountant, and well the jack of all trades. She enjoys the details which is why she is so great at this side of the job.
