We are Ale and Vale, we love travelling with our three children renting flats so that we can discover the cities and country that we visit.

We have been working for over 20 years in the business of tourism and we believe that CasaFaleria would be an unforgettable experience for those of you who would like to discover Rome.

CasaFaleria is a wonderful, new, non-smoking apartment in a quiet and elegant condominium in the centre of Rome on a tree lined street near the arch basilica of Saint John Lateran and the Scala Santa.

CasaFaleria can host up to four guests with the possibility of a travelling cot.

CasaFaleria has a large bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe; a living area, open kitchen fully equipped, with a dining area and a double sofa bed; and a bathroom with a large shower.

CasaFaleria has air conditioning, heating, wifi, usb sockets, microwave oven, coffee machine, dish washer, washing machine, air dryer, smart tv and a small safe.

CasaFaleria is very well connected to all the important areas for tourists.

The Colosseum can be walked to in 20 mins or in 10 mins by electric scooter or bike.

The bus stop is on the other side of the road and the tube station is only 300 mt away.

The train station and airports are easily reached by bus or taxi.

It is easy to car share, bike share and scooter share.

Parking is either free or you have to pay.

CasaFaleria is 20 mt from a commercial road with many shops (books, fashion, sport, shopping mall).

CasaFaleria is 20 mt from a supermarket open 7 days a week.

Nearby there are restaurants, pizza shops, bread, cakes, ice cream, fast food, ethnic and slow food.
