Our holiday home in Cormons is the ideal place for those seeking a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and fine wine.
Casa di Anna is located in a quiet and panoramic setting at the foot of Monte Quarin, surrounded by vineyards and unspoiled nature. It is the perfect retreat for guests who wish to relax, explore the area, and enjoy an authentic stay in the heart of Friuli.
The property offers high-speed Internet via fiber optic connection with free Wi-Fi throughout the house, air conditioning and heating, and is entirely non-smoking.
On the ground floor, guests have access to a covered storage area for bicycles, e-bikes, and motorbikes, as well as secure private parking in the courtyard. Free street parking is also available nearby.
The first floor features a bright living area with a Smart monitor for streaming (no traditional TV channels), a sofa bed, and a dedicated smart-working corner. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bidet and washing machine, and a spacious furnished terrace complete the space, making it ideal for relaxing moments outdoors.
On the second floor, there is a double bedroom, perfect for couples, and a single bedroom, both designed to ensure comfort and tranquility.

An ancient mule track starting directly from the property leads to the ridge of the hill, from where guests can reach a panoramic historic fortress or descend into the valley, walking through woods, streams, and a landscape of extraordinary silence and natural beauty.
In front of the house, the agricultural landscape of vineyards unfolds, while behind it rises the hillside with its acacia groves, creating a harmonious and relaxing environment highly appreciated by all guests.
The house is part of a small group of rural homes, slightly removed from the historic center, which can be reached on foot in just over five minutes.
