It is a 2-hour drive from Manila & is minutes from the public market, SM San Pablo, the town plaza, Sampalok Lake, the waterfalls restaurant (Villa Escudero), Memorial Park, and other tourist spots in San Pablo. It is excellent for couples, families with children seven years old and above, & small groups who enjoy a relaxing, quiet getaway in farm-like living.

Casa Lita is a perfect place for a quiet and relaxing day. Staying at the casa is like visiting a home away from home. This modern kubo offers its guests a sanctuary away from the chaos of the city. This fresh, newly built Bahay Kubo can house a maximum of 12 people, but only four adults are covered by the nightly rate. Additional charges apply to other guests. There are two bedrooms in the house. One is the main bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with a pull-out. There are two other shared bathrooms guests can utilize. The Kubo has a strong WIFI connection and also has a functional kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, percolator, rice cooker, dishes, and other materials guests can use.
