Close the shutters before going out if it rains. Place the outdoor sofa cushions inside to prevent them from getting wet.

Waste sorting
Door-to-door waste sorting is operational in this part of our city. it is necessary to separate the waste into the appropriate bins and place them onto the street according to the pre-established days.Please, find the waste collection days on the laundry door.

Long stays
for long stays (15 days or more) a free cleaning and linen change service is provided upon request.

Breakages
We love to thing the next should find things the way they are, we hope you understand that breackages must be paid for.
