Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for certain bookings. The amount and terms will be shared during the reservation process.

Cancellations made 2 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after that may be partially refunded depending on the circumstances. 

Yes! Casa Arbis is perfect for intimate events like birthdays, bridal showers, family reunions, and small corporate gatherings. 

We can comfortably host up to 20 to 25 guests for indoor events (Formal Day Events and not overnight stays) and 25 to 30 guests for outdoor setups. Please inquire for details.

We offer basic furniture, and we can recommend reliable suppliers for styling, catering, and equipment rentals
