Rates

The electric energy service is included in the rate for stays of less than 14 days. For stays longer than 15 days you are required to pay the excess of the energy used vs. the monthly average of a common bill.  Stays longer than 4 months, electricity service is not included.

Water and internet service is included in the rate without restrictions.
