Benvenuti a Domu e Mari Sud Sardegna!

Per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile, abbiamo stilato un regolamento che vi preghiamo di leggere attentamente e di rispettare.

1.     Regolamento

- Accettando di soggiornare presso la "Casa Vacanza Domu e Mari Sud Sardegna", accettate automaticamente il presente regolamento.   

2.     Documenti

- Presentare un documento d'identità valido per la registrazione, come previsto dalla legge. 

- I dati saranno trattati nel rispetto della normativa sulla privacy ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo n. 196 del 30 giugno 2003. 

3.      Check-in

- Si potrà accedere alla casa previo accordi con il proprietario e comunicazione dell'orario previsto.

- Esigenze orarie differenti andranno concordate anticipatamente.

4.     IMPORTANTE! Accesso alla casa

- L'accesso alla casa è consentito esclusivamente al numero di persone indicate al momento della prenotazione.

- La casa è riservata unicamente agli ospiti registrati: è severamente vietato l'accesso a persone non autorizzate.

5.     Animali non ammessi

- Gli animali, anche se di taglia piccola, non sono ammessi.

6.      Severamente vietato fumare 

-  È assolutamente vietato fumare all'interno della casa.

- Troverete posacenere nelle verande per godervi piacevoli pause all'aperto.

7.      È vietato organizzare feste e/o eventi.

- È necessario mantenere un comportamento che non arrechi disturbo alla quiete altrui in nessun momento della giornata e in nessun modo.

- Gli adulti sono responsabili del comportamento dei minori a loro carico. 

8.      Partenza

- Il check-out deve essere effettuato entro le ore 11:00, e comunque previo accordi con il proprietario. Check out posticipato ( late check-out ) non disponibile se non preventivamente concordato. 

- Esigenze orarie differenti andranno concordate anticipatamente.

- Al momento del check-out, le chiavi devono essere restituite al proprietario. 

9.     Pulizia

- La casa viene consegnata pulita e in perfetto ordine.

- Mantenere puliti ed in ordine tutti gli ambienti durante il soggiorno è a carico dell’ospite.

- Al momento del check-out, l'ospite è tenuto a riassettare la casa, pulire e lavare angolo cottura e le stoviglie.

- Vietato gettare nel WC carta, pannolini o altro materiale, si rischia di intasare lo scarico;

- Utilizzare gli appositi cestini per la Raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti plastica, metallo, carta e rifiuti residui.

10.   Oggetti personali

-  Ogni ospite è responsabile della custodia dei propri effetti personali. 

11.   Danni e oggetti mancanti

- Eventuali danni causati durante il soggiorno, previa verifica della responsabilità, saranno addebitati agli ospiti occupanti.

-  Gli oggetti mancanti dalla dotazione della casa saranno addebitati agli ospiti occupanti. 

12.   Si raccomanda di:

-  Spegnere le luci e tutti gli apparecchi elettrici quando non in uso.

-  Non lasciare aperte finestre e balconi durante l'assenza o durante l'utilizzo dei condizionatori.

- Chiudere i rubinetti dell'acqua quando non in uso.

- Spegnere il condizionatore quando si è fuori casa.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have drawn up these house rules that we kindly ask you to read carefully and respect.

1. House Rules

• By agreeing to stay at "Casa Vacanza Domu e Mari Sud Sardegna," you automatically accept these rules.

2. Documents

• Please present a valid ID for registration, as required by law.

• Your data will be processed in compliance with the privacy regulations pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.

3. Check-in

• You can access the house from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM on the day of arrival, upon prior arrangement with the owner and communication of the expected time.

• Different time requirements must be agreed upon in advance.

4. Access to the House

• Access to the house is allowed exclusively to the number of people indicated at the time of booking.

• The house is reserved exclusively for registered guests: access is strictly forbidden to unauthorized persons.

5. No Pets Allowed

• Pets, even small ones, are not allowed.

6. No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

• You will find ashtrays on the verandas to enjoy pleasant outdoor breaks.

7. No Parties or Events

• It is forbidden to organize parties and/or events.

• Adults are responsible for the behavior of minors in their care. 

• It is necessary to maintain a behavior that does not disturb the peace of others at any time of the day and in any way.

8. Departure

• Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM, and in any case upon prior agreement with the owner. Late check-out is not available unless previously agreed upon. 

• For late check-out (after 11:00 AM), a supplement of €25.00 per hour will be charged.

• Different time requirements must be agreed upon in advance.

• At check-out, the keys must be returned to the owner.

9. Cleaning

• The house is delivered clean and in perfect order.

• It is the guest's responsibility to keep all rooms clean and tidy during their stay.

• At check-out, the guest is required to tidy up the house, clean and wash the kitchenette and dishes.

• Do not throw paper, diapers or other material into the toilet, as you risk clogging the drain;

• Use the appropriate bins for the separate collection of plastic, metal, paper and residual waste.

10. Personal belongings

• Each guest is responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. 

11. Damages and Missing Items

• Any damage caused during the stay, subject to verification of responsibility, will be charged to the occupying guests.

• Items missing from the house equipment will be charged to the occupying guests.

12. Recommendations:

• Turn off lights and all electrical appliances when not in use.

• Do not leave windows and balconies open during your absence or while using the air conditioning.

• Turn off the water taps when not in use.

• Turn off the air conditioner when you are out of the house.
