I am a Profesor Adjunto at Instituto de Estadística - Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administración (Universidad de la República, Uruguay). Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Heidelberg University, where my mentors were Anna Wienhard and Beatrice Pozzetti. During Fall 2020 I was a postdoctoral fellow at MSRI, where my mentor was Fanny Kassel. I completed my PhD in Universidad de la República (Uruguay) and Sorbonne Université (France), under the advise of Rafael Potrie and Andrés Sambarino.
I am broadly interested in geometry and dynamics of discrete subgroups of Lie groups. My current research focuses on Anosov representations and higher Teichmüller-Thurston theories.
