Carson Coffee

We are a local Carson City coffee shop dedicated to giving our customers the best coffee and quality experience! We have both the sweet speciality drinks you would expect from a modern coffee shop and the traditional espresso drinks.  Carson Coffee has been in Carson City since 1999 first known by the name of Barista Brothers, Kaitlin Johnson purchased it in January 2020 from Curt Bradly and she is the fourth owner.

We are a local business, and with that believe in supporting and collaborating with other local businesses. We get our selection of donuts every morning from the wonderful local donut shop Donuts To Go. Our coffee roaster is Refuge Coffee, a small batch roaster with a sense of adventure and an eye for quality, based in South Lake Tahoe.

When you need that caffeine hit, come swing by the little coffee house with the red roof, we would love to have you!

Kaitlin Johnson

An enthusiastic young business owner, with a passion for coffee, hard work, and dancing. She is a very social person and loves to get to know the regulars. 

When she is not making coffee she is dancing with the High Sierra Swing Dance Club. And is a proud mother to a beautiful baby boy.
