All iterations, proofs, thumbnails, uncompleted adaptations, or any other preliminary designs that are NOT the final product listed in the Copyright Release Form remain the property of Carson Dosztan, and credit must be given for these materials. A Copyright Release Form turns over only the copyright to the final purchased design (which is outlined in detail on the form).

If any of these iterations are used, an approved watermark must be placed overtop of the image, with proper credit given to the designer. Failure to obtain permissions and approved watermarking will result in an order of Cease and Desist. 

The manipulation of any of these works are also prohibited. 

Copyright Release Forms are given by the designer at the receipt of full payment. This form turns over only the rights to the final completed design as outlined in the form. This document should be retained by both parties. Other stipulations may be documented in the form, be sure to check your specific form for complete details and stipulations. These rules must be followed by the client to ensure proper use and credit. The designer/artist/photographer/etc. retains the right to use the imagery or materials for portfolio purposes. 

If you do not receive a Copyright Release Form, you do not own the rights to the imagery. 

Cease and Desist orders are issued by the designer to another party when they improperly use works which go against the copyright policy. These orders serve as a warning to the party, requesting removal of the work before further legal action is taken. 

Any use of imagery or work created by us without proper permissions will result in a Cease and Desist Order. 

Proper credit MUST be given to the work's respective designer. All work displayed, that is still subject to ownership by the designer, must be watermarked by the designer for distribution. Refer to your Copyright Release Form for information regarding what designs or works must be credited, and where. 

Work displayed in a portfolio, advertisement, or other forms of publicity or gallery remain the sole property of their respective owners. The content of these displays are not to be reproduced or used otherwise by any other party. Proper permissions are retained by the designer to use the works in these displays. Any sample work created for display or publicity purposes remains the property of the designer.
