You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. Use the standard uninstall method provided by your mobile device’s operating system or app store.

6. Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (appwordowl@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

7. Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
Secure data storage via Firebase Firestore
Access controls and usage monitoring

However, please note that no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CarShot AI mobile application (the “Application”), developed and operated by Yaşar Can Çilingir (the “Service Provider”). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Description of the Service
CarShot AI allows users to upload images of cars and generate AI-enhanced versions using OpenAI’s API. The Application also provides access to a curated library of car images sourced from royalty-free platforms (Pexels and Unsplash) for use in the generation process.

Some features are available for free, while others require a paid subscription.

2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights
Misuse the AI image generation feature
Attempt to access or interfere with internal systems or third-party services (e.g., Firebase, OpenAI)
Violate intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to image content

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of misuse or abuse.

4. Subscriptions and Payments
The Application uses a freemium model. Certain features such as increased request limits or advanced generation options require a paid subscription, which is managed via RevenueCat and processed by the platform's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores.

5. AI Generation and Content Responsibility
Generated images are based on user input and processed using OpenAI’s services. The Service Provider does not store your uploaded images permanently and does not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

Your uploaded images do not violate copyright or personal rights
The AI-generated results are not used for misleading, illegal, or harmful purposes

The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of generated content.

6. Use of Third-Party Services
To deliver its functionality, the Application uses the following third-party services:

OpenAI API – for generating AI-enhanced car images
Firebase Firestore – to track user request counts and manage limits
RevenueCat – for subscription management
ImageKit.io – for storing and delivering image assets
Pexels and Unsplash – to provide a collection of royalty-free car images under free use licenses

By using the Application, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

7. Intellectual Property
All content in the Application (except user-uploaded images and third-party stock content) including UI design, branding, and logic, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any part of the Application without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Application
Errors in AI-generated results
Use of third-party content or services
