About the role
We are helping a long-standing, independent media company with a global team hire a versatile journalist. This is a fully remote role where you will contribute both as a reporter (covering daily news) and as an assistant editor (supporting proofreading and editing tasks).
You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, producing multiple short news pieces each day while also developing longer feature stories that require research, interviews, and clear, accurate writing.
Write 4–5 short daily news stories on business-related topics.
Develop in-depth features, including interviews with sources via phone, email, or video calls.
Proofread and edit articles for accuracy and clarity.
Track down information, verify facts, and work independently to meet deadlines.
Collaborate directly with the Managing Director in a small, international team.

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative in LATAM who is passionate about driving crypto adoption and creating real-world utility for digital assets.Your role will be to drive merchant acquisition and build long-term partnerships across strategic verticals in Latin America, expanding the reach of our payment solutions and laying the foundation for sustainable growth.
We are specifically looking for a driven dealmaker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to expand our B2B merchant ecosystem across the LATAM region.
What You Will Do
Lead the expansion of our crypto payments ecosystem in Latin America by acquiring merchants across key verticals such as travel, events, wellness, and ecommerce. You’ll identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with platforms like ticketing services, travel agencies, and payment aggregators.
Managing a structured sales pipeline with clear KPIs, you’ll track performance metrics (volume, integrations, audience reach) and estimate impact based on partner data.
You’ll also coordinate with Product and Tech teams to ensure integration requirements are aligned with the roadmap, negotiate marketplace visibility to increase adoption, and monitor industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
This role involves representing the company at meetups and events across the region, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth partner onboarding and long-term success.
