Privacy Policy for Carrom Fun

Carrom Fun ("the App") is developed and operated by URJA ENTERPRISES. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

Anonymous Device Identifier

When you open the App, it automatically creates an anonymous, unique identifier for your device using Firebase Authentication (a service provided by Google). This identifier does not contain your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. It is used solely to support app functionality, such as multiplayer matchmaking and, in the future, remembering your preferences.

Gameplay Data

When you play online multiplayer matches, temporary game data (such as scores, board positions, and room codes) is sent through Firebase's servers to synchronize the match between players. This data is only retained for the duration of the match and is not linked to your identity.

We do not currently collect your name, email address, precise location, photos, contacts, or any other personal information.

2. How We Use Information

Information collected is used only to:

- Enable multiplayer gameplay between devices

- Maintain basic app functionality

- Improve the App over time

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not currently use your information for advertising or tracking purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses Firebase (a service provided by Google) for multiplayer functionality and anonymous authentication. Firebase may process data in accordance with Google's own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

If the App introduces advertising in a future update, this policy will be updated to reflect the ad providers used and the data they may collect, and this update will be reflected in the Google Play store listing.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Anonymous device identifiers are retained to support ongoing app functionality. If you would like your associated data removed, you may contact us at the email address below, and we will delete it upon request.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
