I design practical, evidence-informed learning experiences that help people build skills, apply knowledge, and perform with confidence.

With 4+ years of experience in medical education and faculty development, I partner with subject matter experts, educators, and organizational leaders to translate complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences. My work spans needs analysis, instructional design, e-learning development, learning materials, stakeholder collaboration, and evaluation.

I also use generative AI thoughtfully throughout the design process to accelerate ideation and content development while maintaining human oversight of instructional quality, accuracy, accessibility, and learner needs.

I bring a growing commitment to Indigenous Cultural Safety and anti-racism as a foundation for equitable learning design, and I continue to strengthen my visual and instructional design skills through branding and graphic design work alongside my core practice.
