Welcome to CareerPulse (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CareerPulse mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using CareerPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use CareerPulse.
By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
CareerPulse provides AI-powered tools for:
Career and job-fit insights
Resume and profile generation
Skills analysis and market trends
Personalized career recommendations
CareerPulse is an informational and productivity tool only and does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, or career outcomes.
CareerPulse uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate insights, summaries, and recommendations.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
All outputs are advisory only
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating content before use
CareerPulse is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
You agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful information
Use CareerPulse only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App or its AI systems
Not upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
You are solely responsible for how you use CareerPulse and its outputs.
CareerPulse offers optional premium subscriptions.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Pricing and billing terms are shown at purchase
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings.
CareerPulse does not control Apple’s billing systems and cannot issue refunds directly.
Some features are available for free
Premium features require an active subscription
Feature availability may change at any time
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice.
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and AI systems used in CareerPulse are owned by or licensed to CareerPulse.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App or its content
Use CareerPulse branding without written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the App or its services
Required by law or platform policies
You may stop using CareerPulse at any time.
CareerPulse is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:
Accuracy or reliability of AI outputs
Job placement or career success
Availability or uninterrupted access
Use of CareerPulse is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
CareerPulse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for career, financial, or employment decisions made using the App
Your use of CareerPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of CareerPulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CareerPulse operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
