AI Processing

Carousel AI uses OpenAI to process AI-generated content. When you submit a request in the app, the text you enter (your prompt, topic, or idea) is sent to OpenAI's API via the developer's backend server to generate the response.

What is sent: only the text prompt you type or dictate in the app

Who receives it: OpenAI, LLC (USA) — openai.com/privacy

Why it is sent: solely to generate the requested content (carousel posts, hooks, threads, captions)

How long it is retained: OpenAI does not use API inputs to train its models by default, per their API usage policy

The developer does not store or link your prompts to your identity.

Users should avoid entering sensitive or confidential personal information into prompts.

Log Data

In case of an application error, limited diagnostic data may be collected through third-party services.

This information may include:

• time and date of usage
