An Introduction to Fröberg's Conjecture
September 2021-June 2022
Over the course of the academic year under the supervision of Prof. Ben Richert, explored ideas surrounding Fröberg's conjecture that ideals generated by generic forms exhibit a minimal behavior, especially the linear algebra determining the existence of such ideals.
FROST Summer Research
June 2020-September 2020
In partnership with Shaiohan Lui and Tyler Tran and under the supervision of Dr. Vincent Bonini. Investigated symmetry properties of conference graphs, specifically Paley graphs and studying incidence relations between certain subsets of vertices with the overall goal of providing general formulas for the coarse Ricci curvature on conference graphs. Presented research to the college of science and mathematics via a poster presentation.
FROST Summer Research
Irreducibly of 4x4 Matrices and their Unitary Equivalences
June 2019-September 2019
In partnership with Dr. Jaehui Park and Timothy Royston and under the supervision of Dr. Caixing Gu. Collaborated towards categorizing all 4x4 matrices by their irreducible unitary equivalences. Expanded upon the work done previously in the 3x3 case while working on the problems presented in the 4x4 space. Allowed the opportunity to learn advanced mathematics that went beyond the scope of undergraduate coursework. Presented research to the mathematics department via a poster presentation.
