Lesson 1: Hinduism.
Target level: 4th grade.
Aim: Students will present what they have learned about one of Hinduism's gods or goddesses.
You will learn what Hinduism is, and what a Hindi believes. After watching a video lesson about Hinduism, and reading an article about the 10 most important Hindi gods, you are going to choose one of them and make a presentation about him or her.
This lesson has five steps:
Step 1: Watch the video "Hinduism 101," and answer the questions in the video.
Step 2: Read the article in this link, and complete the tasks as instructed in the article.
Step 3: Go to the Jamboard and write something you know about hinduism.
Step 4: Write the name of the god you chose.
Step 5: Watch the video and follow the instructions.
