Hi, I'm Caroline!

• I am a Visiting Professor at the University of Barcelona and a Researcher at the IEB.

• Before that, I was a post-doctoral researcher at Bocconi University, at the Axa research lab on gender equality.

• Affiliations: Paris School of Economics Labor Chair, AXA Gender Lab (Bocconi University) and CESifo.

• My research interests are in Applied Labour, Gender, Education, and Political Economy.

• I've been working with amazing co-authors such as Kenza Elass, Margaux Suteau , Sarah-Schneider-Strawczynski, Cyprien Batut and Paolo Santini! Check out their work!
