Welcome!

I am a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Union College, NY. Before joining Union, I graduated with my Ph.D. in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2020. 

My areas of specialization include environmental law and economics, as it relates to the intersections of environmental economics with health, crime and other public policy-relevant outcomes such as affordable housing. I am interested in studying the disproportionate exposure of minority and low-income communities to environmental hazards such as air pollution, as well as the role that environmental laws and regulations play in mitigating these disparities.
