Welcome 2027 Vendors!
We're excited to invite you to be part of the 2027 Carolina Stampede Music Fest, happening Friday, September 24, and Saturday, September 25, in Downtown Williamston. This rain-or-shine event promises a high-energy weekend filled with live entertainment, great food, unique vendors, and family fun-and we hope to make this year's festival our biggest and best yet. The format remains the same as previous years, with live music Friday evening and all day Saturday, along with a wide variety of vendors and activities throughout downtown. We're thrilled to continue growing this tradition with your help. Thank you for your interest in the Carolina Stampede Music Fest. We look forward to a fantastic event and appreciate your continued support!

Vendor Set-Up
All vendors should first report to the designated staging area upon arrival. Festival staff will be stationed there to check vendors in, radio ahead, and direct traffic into the festival area.
Trucks and vendors pulling trailers: Please report to the staging area and wait for staff instructions before entering the festival area.
Tent/booth vendors: Please report to the Wells Fargo entrance, where staff will direct you to your assigned vendor space.
If you have a trailer that will be staying in your vendor space, please arrive between noon and 12:30 p.m. on Friday. For vendors with tents, please arrive no earlier than 12:30 p.m. This will help us manage congestion during setup.
You will have 30 minutes for unloading to allow others to access the area. Unloading time will be strictly enforced, so please unload and then return to set up.
Kindly ensure that prices for food products are displayed for customers.
Please note that Pepsi will NOT be available on-site. You are welcome to sell any brand of soft drinks and water.
The Health Department will conduct inspections of all food booths on Friday.
Selling your products outside your designated booth area is not permitted.
Vendors may access water from the flower beds.
Vendor trash can be disposed of in the dumpsters located behind Schewels, The Enterprise, and Dominos. The small trash cans inside the festival are for visitors only and must not be used by vendors or moved. Vendors are responsible for disposing their grease. Disposal barrels are not provided.
Electricity must be paid for ($30) and we can only supply 110 V.
The vendor booths open on Friday at 5:00 p.m. Main and Washington Streets will be closed to regular traffic at noon. On Saturday, the festival continues at 10:00 a.m., and vendors will remain open until 10:00 p.m. on both evenings. Please print the vendor pass linked below and review the vendor map.
