Affordable Summer opportunity for Collegiate Softball Players

Live at Home, work a Summer Job and Commute on the weekends to play.

Schedule

5 weekends of play

4 games per weekend (Two Saturday, Two Sunday)

20 game schedule

League dates are as follows:

6/19-6-20

6/26-6/27

7/10-7/11

7/17-7/18

7/24-7/25

7/31- All Star Game

Games

All Games will be played under NCAA Rules

All Games will be played at Presbyterian College

Games will be played under a 2 hour 15 minute time limit or to completion, which ever occurs first. If a game ends in a tie once time expires, then it should be counted as a tie in the standings.

ITB will be in effect in the top of the 8^th for any game that goes into extra innings.

Mizuno Softballs will be the official game ball

Registration

Each player will be required to pay the $600 registration fee to compete.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due at the time of registration.

Rosters will be comprised of no more than 15 players per team.

Players will be placed on teams and will be distributed equally by position across the league. The first four teams to be introduced are: Coastal Rockfish, Metro Racers, Midland Aces, Piedmont Peaches

Each player will receive two jerseys, two pairs of pants, and two pairs of socks. Players will provide their own equipment.

If two players request to play together, consideration will be given to the request, but can not be guaranteed.

No more than three players from an one institution may compete on the same team to meet NCAA compliance.

Awards

All Star Game to be held on July 31. The two teams are to be selected by the coaches whose teams finish first and second in the league.
