Over these long years, I have developed an interest in a few disparate areas through my education, jobs, reading and by generally by having lived for almost four decades.
Areas as disparate as — (all branches of) Psychology, (any kind of) Philosophy, Life Hacking, Human Development, Cognitive Biases, Behavioral Economics, Media, Storytelling, Personal Finance, World History, Indian History, Right Vs Left debates, Buddhism, Stoicism, Business Strategy, Disruption Theory, Product Management, Consumer Behavior, Experience Design, (Information) Technology — interest me, some more than another at any given time of the day.
(Okay, Okay, I have listed down some sub-branches separately — like Stoicism, even if Philosophy exists already — but that just means I like it more)
I hope & believe that someday I will be able to connect these dots (create a latticework, if you like complex words) and do something useful with those. Whether such a day comes or not, I hope I continue this pursuit like a Sisyphus. Not out of any motive to serve humankind — just because it gives me the (however false) impression that I am breaking away from the shackles of mediocrity.
Sometimes I try to codify what I learned and offer my own perspectives through some writing as well. And before I forget, I also claim to be a bit creative & humorous (& generally surround myself with people who agree with me on such matters) and indulge in some far and few between creative writing.
As a product of my times, I have done most of these writings on most of the popular Internet services. The latest website is an effort to bring it all in one place. And hopefully produce more!
The newest of the trials is the newsletter that goes to dozens of my trapped friends (on the lines of Kevin Kelly's true fans).
