Dear Families,

I only have a few families I pet sit for, and lucky you!  you are now one of them (or soon will be!).  

I stay at your home with your pets while you are away, and love them as if they were my own!*

I am confident administering meds, do not shy away from spoiled, 'difficult', or elderly pets, and follow your directions for feeding, exercise etc.  I'm low-maintenance, easy to communicate with, and flexible for last-minute sits, when free.  

Currently, most of my pet sits are on the North Shore in Chicagoland where I now live, on weekends and holidays, but I also consider domestic USA and overseas pet sits lasting a week or more over my summer break (I'm a Special Education Teacher/Career Counselor).  

I charge a flat fee of $300 per weekend (48 hrs) for North Shore/Chicagoland sits. This fee includes a 30-45 minute, pre-sit meet-and-greet walk or home visit, and lots of play, exercise/fresh air, and hangout time (I'm a bit of a homebody) during the sit.  

Do ask about potential win-win barter situations if my fee is not within your budget.  I could always use some help with my dog when I am at work Monday-Friday.  We live in Winnetka/Hubbard Woods.

My references include a veterinarian, whose twenty-one! animals (cats, dogs, horses) I had the privilege of caring for when I lived in Puerto Rico.  

I joke that two master's degrees later, my favorite job is pet-sitting.  You can trust me, and your animals will too.
