The International Consensus Criteria (ICC) for myalgic encephalomyelitis (one of several diagnostic criteria) was developed in 2011 by Caruthers, et al. 

The information in Caruthers' paper (Journal of Internal Medicine) is very text-heavy and difficult to conceptualize.  As I conducted my own research I organized the list in a way that made sense to me (with clearer headings and numbered lists).

In this document, I've presented the information in a more straightforward format. As always, this does not constitute medical advice, and please review the original paper, as some information has been left out for brevity.
