1. Information We Collect To provide our core features, the Extension interacts with data directly within your browser. We collect and process the following types of data:
Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, GST numbers, and addresses that you manually save into the CRM side-panel.
Financial and Payment Information: Bank details and UPI IDs entered by you strictly for the purpose of generating automated PDF Proforma Invoices.
Personal Communications: The Extension reads WhatsApp Web chat text on your active screen solely to trigger your configured "Smart Auto-Replies" (Chatbot) and to facilitate the "Bulk Broadcasting" feature.
Website Content: The Extension interacts with the structure of web.whatsapp.com to inject the CRM interface and extract contact information you wish to save.
2. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information strictly for the single purpose of providing a B2B sales system and workflow automation tool. Specifically:
To store and manage your captured leads locally on your device.
To generate and download PDF invoices on your local machine.
To trigger custom Webhooks (e.g., to your private Google Sheets or external CRM) based only on the URLs you configure.
To trigger scheduled follow-up alerts and notifications.
3. Google Contacts API (OAuth) Usage Digizty CRM Pro requests access to the Google Contacts API to enable the "1-Click Google Contacts Sync" feature.
Our Extension's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only use this permission to create new contact entries in your Google account based on the leads you choose to sync. We do not read, delete, or modify your existing Google contacts.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your clients' data to third parties.
No Credit Worthiness: We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
Data is only transferred to external services (like Google Sheets) if you explicitly configure a custom Webhook URL in the settings.
5. Data Storage and Security Your CRM data, invoice templates, and chatbot settings are stored locally on your device's browser using Chrome's local storage capabilities. We do not store your client database on our servers. It is your responsibility to secure your device and browser profile.
