Welcome to my webpage. I am a professor at the Mathematics Department of the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, or UNED for short, which is the national public university of Spain.
I work on mathematical problems inspired by supergravity and string theory, which lie at the intersection of geometry, topology, and geometric analysis. I am particularly fond of spin geometry and its many geometric applications. My main research line aims at developing the mathematical theory of supergravity together with its potential applications in differential geometry and topology.
Previously, I have held positions of increasing seniority at Stanford, Paris, Hannover, and Hamburg.
In June 2013, I obtained my first Ph.D. in theoretical physics at the IFT - Autonoma University of Madrid, under the supervision of Professor Tomás Ortín. In May 2025, I obtained my second Ph.D. in pure mathematics at the University of Hamburg under the supervision of Professor Vicente Cortés.
