A group of independent projects in digital modeling and sculpting, range from solo assignments within video game design class projects, coursework, and personal explorations. These endeavors were aimed to explore creativity and expanding technical abilities, resulting in the creation of diverse objects spanning from cartoonish to realistic designs.
Echoes is an independent project I created during my Master's Degree in Digital Media. It is an interactive exploration game that allows players to freely roam through a school filled with unique classrooms, objects, and stories.
Each room represents a different class and contains objects that players can discover and inspect. Players can interact with these objects and place them throughout the environment. When specific objects are placed on the trophy shelves, the rooms come to life through sound effects, music, imagery, and other interactive elements. I designed this system to create an immersive experience inspired by interactive museums, where visitors can engage with exhibits rather than simply observe them.
The rooms, objects, and stories throughout Echoes are inspired by my own experiences and memories. Each element represents a part of my life and was designed as a way to share those experiences with others through an interactive environment.
This project was created entirely by me, including the game mechanics, programming, environment design, interactive systems, and overall art direction. Echoes allowed me to combine my interests in storytelling, game development, digital art, and interactive media into one complete experience.
