Applicant Tracking System

Applicant Tracking System is a web-based system for tracking candidates who applied online through the very own website of the company.

• Purpose/Functions: Goal is to manage and view candidate applications together with the CV, send email to candidates, set schedule for meetings, etc. This system includes Recruiter Portal, Marketing Portal, Account Manager Portal and the Admin Portal.

• Technologies/Software: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, jQuery, Ajax, PHP, mySQL, VS Code, XAMPP, FileZilla, Jira.

Note: This is not my personal project, this project is for the company where I am assigned in my On-the-job training ( OJT ) . We are given the position as a Junior Web Developer together with my fellow interns (we are 6 interns). What we do? We are given a task one by one from our Seniors, Software Engineer and Project Manager. We do a full-stack development but I am more on backend development.

ORWASA Billing Management and Payment Mobile Application System

(CAPSTONE PROJECT ONLY, NOT OFFICIAL PROJECT OF ORWASA)

This project is a web-based and mobile application (android) system. A web-based for both admin and cashier to manage accounts, records and payment reports of the consumers that can be exported as csv, excel and pdf. Plus mobile app for both consumer and water meter reader.

• Purpose/Functions: Enable the water consumers to pay, get water bills/receipt, view statement of accounts online with the use of mobile application. Consumers also get notified when the bill is updated via email and SMS, payment is done via GCash. Water readers also have a mobile app to update the bill of the consumers with the current consumption and auto compute the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE that will be updated realtime in the server and notify the consumers automatically.

• Technologies/Software: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, jQuery, PHP, IONIC Framework (Angular), Paymongo - GCash payment gateway API, mySQL, VS Code, XAMPP, Android Studio.

Note: This is the Capstone/Thesis Project Proposal that we are presented to the Faculty of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in our School. We are consist of 3 individuals in the group and I am assigned as a Programmer, the rest is the Project Manager and Technical Writer. (The word KALIVERSE is the group name of our team).
