After graduating from Rutgers in 2024 with a degree in Communication and Economics and earning my NASM certification, I have been building my personal training brand. Inspired by authenticity, self-improvement, and empathy, I specialize in training young athletes—high school, college, and post-grad—because I know firsthand how fitness and MMA can provide purpose and clarity after school ends. Additionally, I love working with Spanish speakers and adults who want to live a healthier lifestyle. I’m a go-getter who believes in being a community leader, and I’m here to help others find strength, confidence, and their next chapter through exercise.
I first met AJ, the owner of Iron 24 Fitness + Recovery, at the Randolph County Fair, where he was running fitness challenges that brought people together through energy and authenticity. Inspired by AJ's leadership and community-driven approach, I visited Iron 24 in Randolph. Immediately, I asked if I could begin training outside clients there, and since then, I have been growing my confidence as a coach while helping others on their fitness journey. I can help you with accountability, personalized workout plans, and exercise knowledge.
My Lobo journey began with Adrian Luna, who first introduced me to Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA when I was 10. His coaching has always been welcoming but challenging, pushing students to hustle, grow, and strive for excellence. Today, I train in Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai while also coaching adult fitness classes and kids’ martial arts. I offer private and small group sessions in fitness, Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai — all focused on building confidence, discipline, and personal growth through martial arts.
Fitness Empire is more than just a gym — it's the backbone of fitness in Blairstown.
Fitness Empire is a small-town gym with a big heart. Owned by Christian, who values community, empathy, and real connections, it’s the place where Blairstown comes together to get stronger. I work at the front desk and also train clients here, helping make fitness welcoming and accessible for everyone. At Fitness Empire, we’re not just working out — we’re building a community.
