Hello wonderful students, I am your social studies teacher for this year! Most of you I know from last year, but I wanted to introduce myself to any new students/parents so they could get to know me a little better as I look forward to getting to know all of you as well!
To begin with, this is my 8th year here at Highland, and I am so excited to begin a new year. Although this year will be different, we will still have fun learning all about our colorful past! I believe learning about history is the only way to really understand the world around us and to hopefully learn from our mistakes and create a brighter future!
