MOTH 2019

The 2019 Montreal-Ottawa-Toronto-Hamilton Syntax Workshop

Welcome to MOTH 2019-- the 2019 Montreal-Ottawa-Toronto-Hamilton Syntax Workshop!

MOTH is an annual linguistics conference that brings together linguists from Central Canada who conduct research in syntax and its interfaces. The locations for MOTH rotate annually. This year's meeting will be held at Carleton University on the weekend of April 27-28, 2019. The invited speaker at this meeting will be Lisa Travis from McGill University.

NOTICE: Because the original scheduled dates of MOTH 2019 were in conflict with another event of interest to area syntacticians, the dates of the workshop, the abstract deadline, and the notification have all been moved back two weeks.
