The primary objective of the project is to set up new hires within the School of Education for success by equipping them with comprehensive knowledge about the services and support systems available both within the School of Education and beyond. Through the development and implementation of an effective onboarding session, the project aims to facilitate a smooth transition for newly hired faculty and staff, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and empowered to contribute to the School's mission and objectives.Â
Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding session for new SOE hires
Create onboarding materials for possible in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions
Collaborating with various departments & offices to ensure a smooth integration of new employees
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the services and support available to them within SOE and beyond
Gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.
