I believe the use of technology can enhance and engage students’ motivation, participation and comprehension and a well-designed course is the best way to make it happen.  These elements combined with my perseverance to achieving any goal I set, give me a very broad outlook, with varying degrees of knowledge in a range of topics. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Teaching, but my passion is the use of technology for professional development. I decided to do my dissertation for my doctoral degree on professional development because I believe we can be life-long learners and I wanted to create a program that would allow instructors to integrate technology in their classroom, independently of their previous knowledge.
