I'm a computer scientist by training and have a knack for data analysis, visualization, and everything related to insight, overview, and the big picture.

I'm a passionate musician on the side and enjoy studying the piano and playing the drums. I can produce noise on various instruments, such as a guitar or a trumpet.

I have a lovely big band with which I play gigs and for which I arrange songs.

• DTA at Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften: PHP development of a database for metadata of historical publications. That one failed : )
