Rules of Conduct - Terms & Conditions

When you call, email or text-chat with CaringTalk. You have agreed to the "ROC - Terms & Condition"

1) You must be  at least 18 years or older.

2) This is mostly a non-sexual call or chat session. Sexual and/or fetish activity of any kind is NOT PERMITTED.

3) Please agree to respect the personal boundaries of CaringTalk when you are talking to or chatting with at all times.

4) Confidentiality is to be respected and given every time.

5) Recordings are NOT PERMITTED without consent.

6) Insults, abusive language, threats, cursing, disrespect, racism, etc. will NOT be tolerated.

7) DO NOT coerce, solicit, pressure, or use influence to engage in any illegal activity.

8) CaringTalk will not be held liable to anyone for any damages including but not limited to, damages for personal injury, loss of business profits,  wrongful deaths, relationship, business interruption, or mental health problems. 

9) Self-release and/or intentional genital stimulation of any kind should not be discussed and it’s NOT PERMITTED while you’re on this call or chat session. If such an activity becomes known you will be terminated.

10) If at any time while on the phone or chat session you (the client/caller) are rude, harassing, or overly sexual, then CaringTalk has the right to end the call/chat, in which case you (the client/caller) will not be entitled to a refund.

11) Caller/Client agrees that CaringTalk is Understanding, Caring, Listening and Encouraging.. it is not a coaching/therapy service or a prevention life line for suicide. CaringTalk will not be held responsible for any injury or damages suffered by the Caller/Client, or any other third party. 

12) Personal information and calls to CaringTalk are always private and confidential. And will never be shared with anyone else except in order to comply with an applicable law or court if needed.

13)  Phone calls made to CaringTalk are $1.09 per minute with the first 3 minutes given free for new clients/callers!  Text-Chat messages are $0.99! 

14) The service offered by CaringTalk are based on integrity, trust, communication, respect, honesty, care. 

15) CT Personal Advice & Suggestion: No client, caller or username should exceed more than 180 minutes per week in phone calls. By operating this way it keeps your financial cost at a respectable level regardless of your income.

16)  CaringTalk is not here to offer financial or medical advice. However, CT will listen to whatever it is you are going through with an understanding and will give you every support available.

CaringTalk reserves the right to change or modify these ROC - Terms & Conditions at any time without notifying you.
